Based in the New York metropolitan area, Kelley brings more than two decades of experience across public accounting, financial services, real estate and corporate leadership roles, enhancing DLA’s capabilities in delivering high-impact internal audit, regulatory compliance, and risk advisory services.
Kelley joins DLA following an impressive tenure as Chief Accounting Officer and Principal Accounting Officer at Chimera Investment Corporation, a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) where he led financial operations for over $6 billion in assets and served as a key liaison to the Audit Committee, SEC, and external auditors. His deep technical expertise spans SEC reporting, SOX compliance, internal controls, and financial system transformation —making him a strategic asset for DLA’s clients navigating complex accounting, regulatory, and governance environments.
